I ship same or next day.  Any delays of your package while in transit to you are not my responsibility. I have no control over the package once it is accepted/scanned at USPS or FedEx.  Therefore, no refunds will be issued by me for items received after the estimated delivery date.
If you do not receive your item, file a claim directly with USPS or FedEx.  If you open a request thru eBay, they take the full refund out of my pocket - the price of the item, the shipping, and they keep fees charged.  Please don't do that to me.
