scale model kit , made in Porto  by Fernando Pinto.
You are buying an  unassembled model kit  but if you want it fully assembled  , that can be possible but must pay additional 400USD to the price of the kit
neither the wooden base plate, nor the engraved brass plate , nor the clear cover are available, neither on the kit, nor on the fully built
