    Description

1983 Oldsmobile Hurst Olds 15th Anniversary Edition. What you will find here is a nice car that has been well cared for through the years as is evident by the photos.  Highly documented, mostly original specimen of a rare automobile of which there were only 3001 made and of  which there were approximately only 750 that were built with the Sand Gray interior.  Paint isn't show condition, but is in very nice condition for it's age.  Most of it is original, some is not.  The only area that I can speak to is the roof which had a lot of touch ups around the doors and sail panels as well as some significant fade. While the repaint isn't perfect on the roof, it does show very well and gets a lot of looks wherever I take it.  As you can see the interior has been well cared for.  No rips tears or excessive wear of any kind.  For anyone wondering about the leather steering wheel cover. The steering wheel IS NOT cracked, but it does have some minor wear on the leather near the spokes.  I actually preferred the feel of the cover giving the steering wheel a beefier feel, if you will.  The following is a list of what the car needs and what has been done to it since I've owned it (a Little over 2 years).  This car has been a pure joy I just don't have the time to enjoy it as it should be anymore.  I'm hoping that it will find a new owner that will appreciate what they are getting.  This car drives, handles, shifts and runs as if it were new.  The lightning rods are smooth and are a blast to shift. The owner prior to me put a lot of money into mechanical items when it came out of being stored for the better part of 15 years.  This car is a time capsule in many ways, and there aren't too many left out there in this condition.
