Gateway Classic Cars of Scottsdale is absolutely electrified to be offering this collector's dream 1970 Oldsmobile 442 W-30 for sale right now in our Arizona showroom, located in North Phoenix. Wow, what a car! 1970 was just about the pinnacle of performance as far as muscle cars went and this Olds “W-Machine" was no exception. A matching-numbers (represented by the seller) 455 CID big block “Rocket V8" that made around 370hp and a monstrous 510 lb ft of torque from the factory is planted under the fiberglass hood of this car, which features a functional air scoops and a low restriction air cleaner. This hood was 18lbs lighter than the steel version and the engine included an aluminum intake which shed even more weight. The W-30 package added other visible performance parts too such as the Hurst dual-gate shifter to control the Turbo Hydra-Matic 3-speed automatic transmission. The drive train itself was completely rebuilt on this car in 2014 according to documentation we have on the vehicle, with an estimated 2,000 miles driven since. The red-front inner fenders are a dead W-30 giveaway, as well as factory power front disc brakes. This 442 Olds is painted in Nugget Gold and comes with a matching gold vinyl interior with bucket seats. The interior of this W-30 car features some thoughtful upgrades while keeping the important parts correct or original. These upgrades include Vintage air conditioning that is built into the dash and encompasses GM-appropriate styling. There are also Rally Pack gauges, optional steering wheel with tilt column and keyless entry with an alarm system. These 1970 W-30's blended a plush driving experience with serious performance and that should be a pleasing combination to just about any motor-head. General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
